Welcome to Kurast Trade. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

A free, community-driven trading platform for Diablo 4 in-game items. We facilitate connections between players for legitimate trading.

What We're Not

We do not support, endorse, or facilitate real-money transactions (RMT). All trades must be in-game gold and items only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Kurast Trade ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Kurast Trade is a free, community-operated marketplace designed to help Diablo 4 players find and trade in-game items. Our services include:

  • Browsing and searching for Diablo 4 item listings
  • Creating and managing your own item listings
  • Real-time chat to negotiate trades with other players
  • Build guides and tier list information
  • Market trend analysis and insights

We are an intermediary platform only. We do not own, sell, or trade any in-game items. All transactions occur directly between players within Diablo 4.

3. Account & Authentication

3.1 Battle.net Authentication

Access to certain features requires authentication through Blizzard's Battle.net OAuth service. By logging in, you authorize us to receive your BattleTag and account identifier from Blizzard.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Battle.net account
  • All activities that occur under your account on our Platform
  • Ensuring your listings and communications comply with these Terms

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Trading Rules & Conduct

4.1 Permitted Activities

  • Trading in-game items for in-game gold
  • Trading items for other items
  • Providing accurate descriptions of items you list
  • Communicating respectfully with other traders

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

  • Engage in real-money transactions (RMT) — All trades must be in-game currency or items only
  • List fraudulent or misrepresented items — All listings must accurately represent the item being offered
  • Scam or deceive other users — Attempting to defraud other traders will result in immediate account termination
  • Use bots or automation — Automated listing creation or scraping is prohibited
  • Harass or abuse other users — Hate speech, threats, or harassment of any kind is not tolerated
  • Exploit or hack the Platform — Any attempts to compromise our systems will be reported to authorities
  • Violate Blizzard's Terms of Service — You remain bound by Blizzard's EULA and Terms of Service

4.3 Trade Completion

Once both parties agree to a trade via our chat system, BattleTags will be exchanged to facilitate the in-game transaction. We recommend:

  • Verifying item details before confirming a trade
  • Using the vouch system to build reputation
  • Reporting suspicious behavior immediately

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (item descriptions, chat messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our Platform.

5.2 Diablo 4 Content

Diablo®, Diablo 4, and all related content are trademarks and copyrights of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. We display game content under fair use for the purpose of facilitating community trading.

5.3 Third-Party Disclaimer

Kurast Trade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or Microsoft. We are an independent, community-operated platform.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any trades facilitated will be completed successfully
  • Other users will act in good faith

6.2 Trade Risk

You trade at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or scammed items or gold
  • Failed or disputed transactions between users
  • Actions taken by Blizzard against your game account
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Platform

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurast Trade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Engaging in prohibited activities
  • Reports of scamming or fraudulent behavior
  • Abuse of other users or our systems

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
